LET'S GET STARTED
Getting started with us is easy.
Follow these 4 steps to book in our services.

Step 1: Contact Us​​​
Give us a call or we can call you.

If you would like to receive a call from us, simply send us a text message or fill out our contact form with your full name, phone number and a message requesting a call so we can contact you to discuss the services you are wanting for your pet.
​
This will give us a chance to answer any questions you may have, go over our services with you and get to know more about your pet and their needs so we can customise the perfect pet care plan for you and your pet.
Once we have an idea of what services you are looking for and both confirm to proceed to book in, continue to step 2.

Step 2: Client Portal

Create an account and set up your personal client and pet account with our completely secure software system which will allow you to,​
keep your personal and pet information up to date,
add your favorite photos of your pet,
communicate with your pets carer,
review your schedule at any time,
book services and make changes to existing appointments,
update payment methods, view invoices and payments,
access to our free app to receive visit reports, updates and photos while your pet is in our care.
GPS tracking is available for you to view.

Step 3: Request Approval
​​​​Log in to your new client and pet portal and request your first service with us. Choose between our dog walking and pet sitting options and pet care services. Once you have requested your booking, we will be notified to approve your booking.

Step 4: Schedule Your Meet & Greet​​​​​
​After you have booked in your service with us, we will book in a meet and greet appointment with you before your service begins. This is a great way for us to meet you and your pet, learn about their routines, habits, personality and anything else we need to know to provide them with the best we can when your not there.​​
​
At your meet and greet we will arrange to pick up a key, check your account details are up to date and all client forms have been completed and signed, so we are all ready commence your service.​
​
We offer a complimentary meet and greet to all new clients whether you have booked in a dog walk, pop in and play, holiday drop in or a pet taxi service with us.
A $30 fee will be charged if you require a second meet and greet or you have used our service before and would like to arrange another meet and greet with us.
